With nearly 30 years in California real estate and 1,398 closed transactions, JoAnn Outland is one of the Central Coast’s most accomplished REO and distressed-property brokers. She built her expertise through the 2008 market cycle and has led every phase of distressed-property operations since — from the initial wave of bank-owned inventory through today’s growing short-sale market.

JoAnn is the Local Listing Broker (LLB) for HUD in San Luis Obispo County, with specialized depth in REO, short sales, MECA, and HECM transactions. She founded Outland & Associates in 2007, anticipating the foreclosure market before it arrived, and built the team, systems, and vendor relationships to handle high volume without sacrificing service.
